Printing asset details on bar code label

Select the “Print bar code label-Asset” link under “EDK Reports Fixed Assets Management”.
The “Print bar code label-Asset” page appears.

Enter the following fields:

Reporting Location |
Use the drop down list box to specify the location of the part containing the bar code label on which the asset details are to be printed. |

Finance Book |
Use this drop-down list box to select the finance book of the asset. The system displays "All" by default |
|
Asset # From |
The starting code of the asset, from which you wish to print the asset details on the bar code label. (Alphanumeric, 40) Help facility available. |

Asset # To |
The ending code of the asset, till which you wish to print the asset details on the bar code label. (Alphanumeric, 40) Help facility available. |
|
Tag # From |
The starting code identifying the tag # of the asset. (Alphanumeric, 15) Help facility available. |
|
Tag # To |
The ending code identifying the tag # of the asset. (Alphanumeric, 15) Help facility available. |
|
Asset Location |
The location of the asset in which the details are to be printed on the bar code label. (Alphanumeric, 25) Help facility available. |

Click the “Print” pushbutton to print the asset details on the bar code label.
