Generate Employee Certificate Status Report

This page allows you to generate the employee certificate status report.

The “Generate Employee Certificate Status Report” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields must be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" based on the login user ID.

Department Code

The unique code identifying the department for which the employee certificate status report must be generated. Ensure that the department code entered must be valid as defined in the “Create Department” activity of the “Organisation Structure” business component.

Employee #

The unique number identifying the employee for whom the certificate status report must be generated. Ensure that the employee number entered must be valid as defined in the “Create Employee File” activity of the “Employee Personal Information” business component.

Note: If both employee number and department code are entered, the system displays the report for the specified employee number.

If only department code is entered, the system displays the report only for the employees associated to the specified department as on the current date.

From Date

The starting date in the range of dates for which the employee certificate status report must be generated (Date Format). Mandatory.

To Date

The ending date in the range of dates for which the employee certificate status report must be generated (Date Format). Mandatory.

Note: If both “From Date” and “To Date” are entered, the system displays the report with the details of all the employee certificates for which the “Valid To” date falls between the specified date range.
