Report Settings
Click on” Report settings” under the “Report Definition” Page.
The system launches the report Settings page.
Enter the following details in Page settings:
Page Size |
Select the paper size from drop down list |
Orientation |
Select the orientation for printing the report from the drop-down list box. The system displays “Portrait” and “Landscape” as options. |
Top Margin |
The top margin that you want to set for the report in pixels. |
Bottom Margin |
The bottom margin that you want to set for the report in pixels |
Left Margin |
The left margin that you want to set for the report in pixels. |
Right Margin |
The right margin that you want to set for the report in pixels. |
Click “Save” to save the page settings for the report.
Enter the following details in layout settings :
Columns |
Could specify the number of columns require |
Column Width
Column Space |
Could specify the width of each of the columns Can specify the white space in between the columns. |
When No Data |
Select the data to be displayed when there is no data for the report |
Print Order |
Select order in which the report pages should be printed from the Drop-down list box. The system displays “Vertical” and “Horizontal” As options. |
Title on a new page |
Select the checkbox if you want the title of the report to be printed on a new page. |
Summary on a new page |
Select the checkbox if you want the summary of the report to be Printed on a new page. |
Summary with page header and footer |
This option specifies if the summary band is accompanied by the Page header and the page footer. |
Floating column footer |
This option allow to force the printing of the column footer band immediately after the last detail band (or group footer) and Not at the end of the column. This option is used, for example, when you want to create tables using the report elements. |
Ignore Pagination |
The report will be generated in a single page. |
Click “Save” to save the Layout settings for the report.
Enter the following details in layout settings:
Apply Digital Signature |
Enable Digital Signature for the report. |
Default Signature |
User can choose a signature from drop-down list. |
Location |
The location where this signature will be created either first page or last page |
X – Position |
Enter the position in points to place the digital signature from the left |
Y- Position |
enter the position in points to place digital signature from the bottom |
Width |
Enter in points the desired width of the inserted digital signature field. This applies only if you are setting the X and Y coordinates. |
Height |
Enter in points the desired height of the inserted digital signature field. This applies only if you are setting the X and Y coordinates. |
Digital signature – Tick the box apply digital signature.
Select the digital signature name from drop-down list and “save”.
Launch the report and check PDF document digitally signed.
Tick the below fields in Output formatting:
Apply user preferences |
Click the checkbox to enable the user preference option. . |
One page per sheet for Excel |
Click the checkbox to enable the one page per sheet for excel. Apply. |
Apply Header Freezing For HTML Output |
Click the checkbox to enable the header freezing for HTML.

Float Page Footer For Excel |
Click the checkbox to enable the option allow to force the printing of the column footer band immediately after the last detail band (Or group footer) and not at the end of the column. |
Direct Print |
Click the checkbox to enable the option to directly print the report Without Launching. |
Print Dialog |
Click the checkbox to enable the option to show the print dialog while send the document for direct print. |
Delimiter for csv output |
Click the checkbox to enable the delimiter in csv output. .

Note: Enterprise report will support Default report type is PDF and XLS set as Yes in map column, all other report
Type set as No. No need to design the report for xls- raw data report type. The output is depends upon the stored Procedure result set.
