Project Customer Mapping

Select the “Project Customer Mapping” activity under the “Cost Revenue Plan” business component.

The “Project Customer Mapping” page appears.

- Clicking this icon available near certain fields takes you to the help page of the respective field.

Project Code

A unique code identifying the project for which the customer has to be mapped.

On Enter, the system displays the following in the header.

Project Name

The name of the project to be mapped.

Customer Code

A unique code identifying the customer to be mapped.

On Enter, the system displays the following in the header.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Company Code

From the drop-down list box, select the company code to which the project exists. The system lists all the available Organization Units. Mandatory

Click “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the project and customer details in the multiline.
Enter the following field in the multiline:

Project Code

A unique code identifying the project for which the customer has to be mapped.

On Enter, the system displays the following in the multiline.

Project Name

The name of the project to be mapped.

Customer Code

A unique code identifying the customer to be mapped to the project.

On Enter, the system displays the following in the multiline.

Customer Name

The name of the customer.

Finance Book

From the drop-down list box, select the finance book of the company. The system lists all the finance books mapped to the selected OU.

The system displays the following details in the multiline.

Effective From	The date from which the customer is effective.
Customer Status	The status of the customer.

Click “Map” pushbutton to map the project and customer details for the selected finance book.
Click “Unmap” pushbutton to unmap the project and customer details for the selected finance book.
