Viewing resource cost information for hangar work order

In this page, the system displays the resource details that are utilized for executing the work order or visit package. The system displays the estimated and actual resource costs incurred for executing the work order. You can also view the resource utilized for executing the work order. The resource details such as the resource code, description, type, required hours, actual used hours, and the cost incurred on usage of the resource are displayed in the multiline.

Select the “Review Resource Cost Information” link at the bottom of the “Select Work Order” page.

The “Review Resource Cost Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Visit Package” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft on which the work order task is executed.
Visit Package #	The visit package for which the work order is raised.

The system displays the following in the “Work Order Details” group box:

Work Order #

The work order number for which the resource details must be viewed.

Job Type

The type of the job, which could be “Aircraft”, “On-Wing” or “Component Removal”.

Work Center #

The work center that is responsible for the execution of the work order.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Zoom facility available.

The system displays the following in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #	The number identifying the customer, who owns the aircraft.
Customer Name	The name of the customer owning the aircraft.
Customer Order #	The number identifying the order placed by the customer.
Aircraft Release Date	The date on which the aircraft must be released to the customer.

Note: The customer details are not displayed for self-owned aircraft.

The system displays the following in the “Estimated Cost Information” group box:

Total Resource Cost	The total resource costs that will be incurred for executing the work order.
Skill Cost	The cost associated with the “Skill” type resource required for executing the work order.
Equipment Cost	The cost associated with the “Equipment” required for executing the work order.
Tools Cost	The cost associated with the “Tools” required for executing the work order.
Other Cost	The cost associated with the resource other than “Skill”, “Equipment” and “Tools” for executing the work order.

The system displays the following in the “Actual Cost Details” group box:

Total Resource Cost	The actual resource cost incurred for executing the work order.
Skill Cost	The actual cost associated with the “Skill” type resources, which are utilized for executing the work order.
Equipment Cost	The actual cost associated with “Equipment”, which are utilized for executing the work order.
Tools Cost	The actual cost associated with “Tools”, which are utilized for executing the work order.
Other Cost	The actual cost associated with resource other than the “Skill”, “Equipment” and “Tools” which are utilized for executing the work order.

The system displays the following in the “Resource Details” multiline:

Resource #	The resource required for carrying out the work order.
Resource Description	The textual description of the resource.
Resource Type	The type of the resource, which could be “Skills”, “Equipment”, “Tools” or “Others”.
Required Hours	The number of hours the resource is required for executing the work order, as defined in the “Work Center” business component.
Used Hours	The number of hours the resource is used, for executing the work order.
Currency	The currency in which the total cost is displayed.
Total Cost	The total cost incurred on using the resource for executing the work order.
