Viewing stock status mapping details

This page allows you to view the list of UDSS to which a particular UDSS can be converted. Tell me more
Select the “Status Mapping” link at the bottom of the “View Stock Status” page.
The “Status Mapping” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter the following in the “Stock Status Identification Details” group box:

Stock Status |
Use the drop down list box to select the UDSS for which the stock status conversion details must be viewed. All the UDSS created in the “Create Stock Status” activity are listed in the drop-down list box, along with the predefined statuses “PBH” and “Consignment”. The system displays the option “Consignment” by default. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to view all the UDSS to which the selected UDSS can be converted.
The system displays the following:

Stock Status Description |
A textual description pertaining to the user defined stock status. Zoom facility available. |
The system lists all the UDSS, in the “Status Attribute Mapping” multiline.

Stock Status |
All the UDSS created in the “Create User defined Stock Status” activity are listed, along with the predefined UDSS “PBH” and “Consignment”. |

Conversion Permitted? |
The system displays “Yes” if it is allowed to convert the selected UDSS to the status contained in this multiline row. The system displays “No” if the selected UDSS cannot be converted to the status contained in this multiline row. |

Alternate? |
The system displays “Yes” if it is allowed as alternate for the selected UDSS to the status contained in this multiline row. The system displays “No” if the selected UDSS cannot be allowed as alternate to the status contained in this multiline row. |

Order Of Preference |
The system displays the Order of preference of the stock status selected as alternate. |
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created by |
The login ID of the user who defined the UDSS conversion details. |

Created Date |
The date on which the UDSS conversion details were defined. |
|
Last Modified by |
The login ID of the user who last modified the UDSS conversion details. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the UDSS conversion details were last modified. |
Viewing stock status mapping details – An overview
This page allows you to view the list of UDSS to which a particular UDSS can be converted and list of alternate stock statuses for the selected stock status. The system basically denotes the type of UDSS conversion allowed, which will be verified in transactions where the stock status is actually modified.
The system displays the name of the user who created or last modified the UDSS and the date on which the UDSS was created and last modified.
