In this page, you can view the PBH agreement mapping details. Tell me more.

The “View Supplier PBH Mapping” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Supplier Information” group box:

Supplier #

The supplier code retrieved by the system.

Supplier Name

The name of the supplier corresponding to the supplier code.

Supplier Type

The type of the supplier which could be “Normal” or “Miscellaneous”.

Supplier Category

The category of the supplier.

The system displays the following in the “PBH Contract Details” group box:

Agreement #             

The number identifying the PBH agreement mapped to the supplier.

Agreement Date

The date on which the agreement was signed.

Revision #

The number identifying the revised PBH agreement mapped to the supplier.

Revision Date

The date on which the PBH agreement was revised.

Effective from

The start date, in the specified date format, from which the agreement is valid.

Effective To

The end date, in the specified date format, until which the agreement is valid.

Contract Deductible

The value below which an item will not be covered under PBH.

Currency

The code identifying the currency, in which the supplier transacts.

PBH On

The name of the component associated with the PBH agreement.

Model

Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft model for which you wish to view the PBH mapping details. The system displays all the aircraft models defined in the “Aircraft” business component.

Note: Ensure that the  “Model” field is entered only if the option displayed in “PBH On” field is "Aircraft".

The system displays the following fields:

Manufacturer #

The code identifying the manufacturer of the aircraft.

Manufacturer Name

The name of the manufacturer corresponding to the manufacturer code.

The system displays the following in the “Aircraft PBH Information” group box, if an aircraft model is specified in the “Model” field.

Line #

The line number generated by the system, for every aircraft registration number entered in the multiline.

Manufacturer Serial #

The serial number issued by the manufacturer.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft associated with the PBH agreement.

Under PBH

The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the aircraft is under PBH or not.

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to select the part number for which the PBH mapping details must be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40). The system displays all the part numbers that are defined in the “Part Administration“  business component. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Note: Ensure that the “Part #” field is entered only if the option displayed in the “PBH On” field is “Engine” or “Others”.

The system displays the following in the “Part PBH Information” multiline if the “Part #” field  is entered:        

Line #

The line number generated by the system.

Serial #

The serial number of the part.

Condition

The condition of the part.

Stock Status

The stock status of the part.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft.

Warehouse #

The code identifying the warehouse where the part is stored.

Under PBH

The system displays “Yes” or “No” to indicate whether the part is under PBH or not.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Viewing the supplier PBH mapping details – An overview

View Supplier Details - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to view the PBH mapping details. The system displays the supplier information such as the supplier number and supplier name and the PBH agreement to which the parts or aircraft is mapped. You can select the aircraft model and the part number for which the aircraft registration numbers and part serial numbers are retrieved.

For the selected aircraft model or selected part, you can view the PBH agreement details in the multiline.
