Viewing certificate details of the part

You can view the certificate details of the stock in this activity. Tell me more

Select the “Inquire Certificate Details” link under the “Stock Maintenance” business component.

The “Inquire Certificate Details” page appears.

Enter the fields in the “Search Criteria” group box, to search for the part that is serial number or lot number controlled:

Part #	The number identifying the part for which you wish to view the details (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory. You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the part numbers that are similar to the value entered here. Help facility available.
Part Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the part (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the part serial number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the parts with serial numbers that are similar to the number entered here.
Component #	The number identifying the component (Alphanumeric, 90). You can enter the component number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the component numbers that are similar to the number entered here.
Manufacturer Serial #	The serial number assigned to the part by the manufacturer (Alphanumeric, 40).
Condition	Use the drop-down list box to select the condition of the part for which you wish to view the details. The condition of the part could be "New", "Overhauled”, "Serviceable", "Unserviceable", "Phased Out" or “Blank”. The system displays the value as “Blank” by default.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline based on the search criteria entered:

Part Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the part.
Component #	The number identifying the component.
Manufacturer Serial #	The serial number assigned to the part by the manufacturer.
Condition	The condition of the part.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to mark a part to view the attribute or parameter details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Attribute Details” link at the bottom of the page, to view the attribute details of the part.

Select the “View Parameter Details on Receipt” link at the bottom of the page, to view the parameter details of the part.
