Help on Warehouse Level Part Information
This page allows you to select the warehouse wise stock availability for the particular part along with the stock status and condition in case the part is of type component.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Part #” field in the main screen.
The “Warehouse Level Part Information” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Part # |
The number identifying the part (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory This number must have been defined in the “Create Parts Main Information” activity of the “Part Administration” business component and must be in “Active” status. You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the part details similar to the number entered here. Leave this field blank, to retrieve all the part numbers. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton, to display the part details and the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Part Information” group box, based on the part number entered:
Part Description |
The textual Description of the part. |
Stock UOM |
The unit of measurement in which the part is stocked across all warehouse. |
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:
Warehouse # |
The number identifying the warehouse. |
Description |
The textual description of the warehouse. |
Quantity |
The quantity of the stock in the warehouse. |
Stock Status |
The status, which can be assigned to specific quantities of the stock, stored in warehouse. The stock status could be user-defined or predefined. |
Condition |
The condition of the part, which could be “New”, “Overhaul”, “Serviceable” or “Unserviceable”. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to select the warehouse.
Click the “Ok” pushbutton.
