Help on Replenishment #
This page helps you to search and find the replenishment document of which you wish to modify or view details.
You can specify the search criteria comprising replenishment document and part attributes to retrieve the precise document of your choice.
You can specify part attributes include #, description, type, category, group and planning type while the replenishment #, status, replenishment option, planning level and time horizon are the available replenishment document attributes that can be used to sharpen and hasten the search.
It is recommended that users provide accurate values for the maximum search criteria to optimize the search function.
ØClick the lens icon positioned next to the “Replenishment #” field.
The “Help on Replenishment #” page appears.
ØEnter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the required replenishment document :
Replenishment # |
The unique # of the replenishment document of which you wish to retrieve details. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the documents with numbers similar to the number you enter here. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the replenishment document that you wish to retrieve. The drop-down list box displays the following statuses: 'Fresh', 'Confirmed', 'Processed', 'In progress' and 'Closed'. The search retrieves those documents that hold the status you select here. |
Repl. Date From/To |
The start and end dates of the period in which the replenishment document was created. The search retrieves those replenishment documents that were created in the period between dates you specify here. |
Repl. Option |
Use the drop-down list box to select the replenishment option for the document. The drop-down list box values are influenced by the definition of the process parameter Stock Replenishment Option under the category “Stock Analysis – Replenishment” in the Set Inventory Process Parameters activity of Logistics Common Master. The drop-down list box displays: § “Manage WH Planning Parameter“, if Stock Replenishment Option is ‘1’. § “Compute Replenishment”, if Stock Replenishment Option is ‘2’. § Both of the above, if Stock Replenishment Option is ‘3’. The search retrieves documents with the replenishment option that you select here. |
Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the replenishment document. The drop-down list box displays all the currently valid and Active categories defined for Stock Analysis in the Create Common Category activity of Logistics Common Master. The search retrieves those documents classified under the category that you select here. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user status of the replenishment document. The drop-down list box displays all the currently valid and Active user statuses defined for Stock Analysis in the Create User Status activity of Logistics Common Master. The search retrieves those documents with the user status you select here. |
Planning Level |
Use the drop-down list box to select the level at which replenishment levels are computed in the replenishment document. The drop-down list box displays the following: All warehouses, Specific Warehouse and Storage Administration. The search retrieves replenishment documents with the planning level that you select here. |
Warehouse # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the warehouse associated with the replenishment document. The drop-down list box displays all the currently valid and Active warehouses defined in Storage Administration. The search retrieves those replenishment documents for the warehouse that you select here. |
Storage Location |
Use the drop-down list box to select the storage location associated with the replenishment document. The drop-down list box displays all the currently valid and Active storage houses defined in Storage Administration. The search retrieves those replenishment documents for the storage house that you select here. |
Part # |
The identification number of the part for which you wish to view replenishment document. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves all the documents associated with parts with numbers similar to that you enter here. |
Part Description |
The description of the part for which replenishment document was created. Enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves documents that compute replenishment levels for parts with description similar to that you enter here. |
Planning Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the planning type for the replenishment document. The drop-down list box displays the following: Min-Max and Reorder Level. The search retrieves those documents that compute replenishment levels for parts with the planning type you select here. |
Part Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the part for which replenishment document was created. The drop-down list box displays the following: Component', 'Expendable', 'Consumable', 'Kit', “Raw Material”, 'Tool' and 'Miscellaneous'. The search retrieves those documents that compute replenishment levels for parts of the type you select here. |
Part Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category of the part for which replenishment document was created. The drop-down list box displays all currently valid and Active part categories defined in the Create Quick Code activity of Part Administration. The search retrieves those documents that compute replenishment levels for parts of the category you select here. |
Anly. Classification |
Use the first drop-down list box to select the analysis classification of the part for which replenishment document was created. The drop-down list box displays the following: ABC, FSN, XYZ and VED. Use the second drop-down list box to select the analysis applicable to the part. The search retrieves those documents that compute replenishment levels for parts with the analysis that you select here. |
Part Group |
Use the drop-down list box to select the group of the part for which replenishment document was created. The drop-down list box displays all currently valid and Active part groups defined in the Create Part Group activity of Part Administration. The search retrieves those documents that compute replenishment levels for parts classified under the group you select here. |
Created by |
The login user who created the replenishment document. Enter the user name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The search retrieves documents created by users with names similar to that you enter here. |
ØSelect the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve replenishment documents that meet the search criteria.
Note: Leave all fields blank, to retrieve all the replenishment documents from the system.
The “Search Results” multiline displays the following details of the retrieved replenishment documents.
Replenishment # |
The number identifying the replenishment document. |
Date |
The date of creation of the document. |
Status |
The status of the replenishment document, such as Fresh, Confirmed, In-Progress, Processed, Closed or Cancelled. |
Category |
The user-defined category of the part. |
User Status |
The user status of the replenishment document. |
Created by |
The login user who created the replenishment document. |
Planning Level |
Indicates the planning level for the computation of replenishment levels, such as Specific Warehouse, All Warehouses or Storage Location. |
Warehouse # |
The warehouse for which the replenishment levels were computed in the replenishment document. |

The replenishment record is copied to the page from which you accessed the Help on Replenishment # page.
