Setting options for engineering reports

This page allows you to set the default action to be performed in all the report generation pages in the “Engineering Change Reports” business component.

Select the “Set Options” link under the “Engineering Change Reports” business component.

The “Set Options” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Set Details” group box:

Default Report Action

Use the drop-down list box to select the default report action for all the activities in the Engineering Change Reports component. The system lists the following options:

“Print”, to print the report.
“Print Preview”, to preview the report.
“View Report”, to view the report.

For example, if you set the Default Report Action to “Print Preview”, the Report Action drop-down list box under the Report Options group box of the Generate Related MCR Report activity will display “Print Preview” as the only available option. This means users cannot print or view the generated document though they can preview it.

Click the “Set Options” pushbutton to set the report options.

The system displays the following fields in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By	The user who last modified the report options.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the report options were last modified.
