MEL Report provides the minimum equipment list for a configuration of an aircraft. Minimum Equipment List (MEL) is the list of equipment approved by the aviation authority, which may remain in an unserviceable state under certain operating conditions, but still provide an acceptable level of safety in the operation of the aircraft.
