Select reliability calendar for confirming the mapping details

You can select the reliability calendar for which the reliability calendar mapping must be confirmed. You can carry out a search based on the reliability calendar number, year from which it is valid , month from which it is valid , year to which it is valid, month to which it is valid and period of duration. Based on the search criteria, details such as the reliability calendar number, year from which it is valid, month from which it is valid, year to which it is valid, month to which it is valid and period of duration are displayed.

Select the “Confirm Fleet – Calendar Mapping” link under the “Reliability Setup” business component.

The “Select Reliability Calendar” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a reliability calendar number. Data entry in the following fields is optional.

Reliability Calendar Code	Use the drop-down list box to specify the reliability calendar code for which the details are to be uploaded
Fleet #	Use the drop-down list box to select the fleet number. The system lists all the fleet numbers created in the “Create Fleet” activity of the “Reliability Setup” business component.
Valid From Year	The year from which the reliability calendar starts.
Valid From Month	Use the drop-down list box to specify the calendar month from which the reliability calendar starts. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default.
Valid To Year	The end year of the reliability calendar.
Valid To Month	Use the drop-down list box to specify the end month of the reliability calendar. The system lists all the twelve months of the year. The system displays “Jan” by default.
Number of Periods	The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months.
Period Duration (Months)	The duration of the periods in months.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Reliability Calendar #	The number identifying the reliability calendar.
Fleet #	The number identifying the fleet.
Valid From Month – Year	The year and month form which the reliability calendar starts.
Valid To Month – Year	The year and month in which the reliability calendar ends.
Number of Periods	The number of divisions in the reliability calendar in terms of months.
Period Duration (Months)	The duration of the period in months.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the reliability calendar for uploading the details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “Confirm Calendar – Fleet Mapping” link at the bottom of the page to confirm the reliability calendar-to-fleet mapping.

Note: You cannot launch the “Confirm Fleet - Calendar Mapping” page, if there is any aircraft in the fleet in the “Frozen” status.
