Inquiring part history details
Select the “Inquire Part History Record” link under the “Reliability Analysis” business component.
The “inquire Part History Record” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:
Reliability Fleet # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability fleet of which you want the history of parts/components. The drop-down list box displays In the “ATA Hierarchy Details” window, the system displays the ATA hierarchy as defined for the reliability fleet in the “Set ATA Reporting Level” page of the Setup Reliability Fleet activity. |
The system displays the following.
Last Uploaded Date & Time |
The date and time when reliability data was most recently uploaded for generating reliability reports. |
Select the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.
Part # |
The part for which you want the history details. |
ATA |
Use the drop-down list box to select the ATA level, such as Major System ATA, System ATA or ATA. Enter the ATA # of the selected ATA level in the next input box. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
A Tree structure depicting the ATA hierarchy details is displayed in the “ATA Hierarchy Details” window.
The system displays the hierarchy of the specified ATA as defined for the reliability fleet in the “Set ATA Reporting Level” page in the Setup Reliability Fleet activity. For example, if you specify a Major System ATA #, the System ATAs defined under the Major System ATA and the part numbers associated with each ATA under the System ATA are represented by a Tree structure in the “ATA Hierarchy Details” window.
The Major System ATAs with the highest NFF rates as per the most recently published reports are displayed in Red color. On expanding a Major System ATA node, System ATAs classified under the Major System ATA with the highest NFF rates appear in Red color. On selecting a System ATA,, all the part numbers associated with the ATAs grouped under the System ATA appear. All System ATAs not classified under any Major System ATA are also displayed in the Tree.
To display the Gantt chart for history details of a part
Select the following in the “Part Details” group box.
From Date |
The start-date of the period for which you want the history details of the part. |
To Date |
The end-date of the period for which you want the history details of the part. |
Part # |
The part for which you want the graphical representation of history details in the Part History Details widows. |
To include or exclude specific history information from the Gantt chart, select any or all of the following in the “Display Options” group box.
On/Off History |
Select the check box to display the history of all serial #s of the part for the period between the From Date and To Date. |
Shop Visit History |
Select the check box to display shop visit history of all serial #s of the part for the period between From Date and To Date. |
Part #/Serial # Change History |
Select the check box to display the part #/serial # change of all serial #s of the part for the period between From Date and To Date. |
Stock Movement History |
Check the box to display the stock movement history of all serial #s of the part for the period between From Date and To Date. |
Eng. Doc Compliance History |
Check the box to display the engineering document compliance history of all serial #s of the part for the period between From Date and To Date. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.
A Gantt chart depicting the history details of all the serial numbers of the part specified in the “Part Details” group box appears in the “Part History Details” window. You can also select the part # in the “ATA Hierarchy Details” window to generate Gantt charts depicting the history of all its serials numbers in the “Part History Details” window.

Select the “Review Configuration” link to see the configuration details of the part
Select “View Part #-Serial # Transaction History” link to see the transaction history.
