Part Details tab
Select the “Part Details” tab in the "Analyze MTBUR Levels for Parts" page.
The “Part Removal Details” multiline displays the following information about parts fixed on aircraft in the reliability fleet.
Part # |
The identification number of the part. |
Part Description |
The short description of the part. |
Part Type |
The type of the part, such as component or tool. |
Part Group |
The group to which the part belongs. |
ATA # |
The ATA to which the part is associated with. |
Total Number of Removals |
The total number of removals of the part for the analysis period. |
Total Unscheduled Removals |
The total number of unscheduled removals of the part for the analysis period. |
Unscheduled Removal Rate |
The rate of unscheduled removals of the part for the analysis period. |
NFF Count |
The total number of shop visits with ‘NFF’ as the attribute for the analysis period. |
Total Confirmed Failures |
This is the difference between the Total Unscheduled Removals and NFF count for the analysis period. Total Confirmed Failures = (Total Unscheduled Removals - NFF) |
Completed Shop Visits |
Total number of shop visits by the part in the analysis period. |
Analysis Period |
The default period for the MTBUR analysis for the part as set by the process parameter “Run MTBUR Analysis” in the “Set Reliability Process Parameters activity. |
MTBUR |
The computed MTBUR value for the part for the analysis period. MTBUR = (FH * QPA) / R Note: R = Number of scheduled removals in given period (period from the configured rules, with period considered from current date) + I32 |
RSPL-MTBUR |
The computed RSPL-MTBUR value for the part for the analysis period. |
Unscheduled Removal Rate |
The computed unscheduled removal rate for the analysis period. |
Alert Value |
The MTBUR Limit defined for the part. Alert Value = Ẍ + (Multiplication factor) σ Note: Ẍ = ΣX/N i.e. Mean of quarterly unscheduled removal rate N = Number of quarters from the parameter 'Number of Quarters to be considered for URR based Alert Computation' Multiplication factor = Multiplication factor from the parameter 'Multiplication Factor for URR based Alert Computation' σ = standard deviation of quarterly unscheduled removal rate |
Alert? |
Displays Alert text in Red, if the MTBUR value is greater than the Alert value. |
Investigation Comments |
More details on the investigation details. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined status for the part. The drop-down list box displays the Active user statuses from the Maintain Quick codes activity under the Reliability Analysis business component. |
Analysis Notes |
