Condition for amendment of material request

You cannot amend a material request, if any stock transfer, stock issue or purchase request has been generated against the material request. Hence, the “Edit Material Request” page will open up only if the material request that you have specified/selected does not have any stock transfer, stock issue or purchase request associated with it. However, if the reference document for the material request is an "Aircraft Maint. Exe. Ref. #", you can proceed to the “Edit Material Request” page even if the material request has any stock issue initiated for it.
