The Operating Cost Data Comparison graph depicts the variation of the operating costs such as material cost, resource cost, scheduled cost, unscheduled cost, total cost and average cost with respect to the specified time period, for the forecasted aircraft. The graph is displayed in an excel sheet along with the forecast details and the cost details.

The “Operating Cost Data Comparison” graph  appears in an excel sheet.

Note: The graph will launch only if the Microsoft Excel application is installed in the client.

The system displays the following fields in the “Forecast Details” group box:

Identifier #

The aircraft registration number / aircraft model number / sub fleet number.

Identifier Type

The type of the identifier, which could be "Aircraft", "Model" or "SubFleet".

Start Date

The start date of the forecast.

End Date

The end date of the forecast.

Forecast Duration

The forecast duration for which the event cost variation graph is generated.

Forecast Period

The forecast period for which the event cost variation graph is generated.

The system displays the following fields in the “Cost Summary Details” group box:

Aircraft or Fleet

The type of cost incurred on the work units.

The system displays the following costs in the order specified:

  • Material Cost

  • Resource Cost

  • Scheduled Cost

  • Unscheduled Cost

  • Total Cost

  • Average Cost

1 – 12

The costs associated with the work units executed for each month/year.

The costs will be displayed for each month, if the forecast period is “Months”.

The costs will be displayed for each year, if the forecast period is “Years”.

Operating Cost Data Comparison graph

The system displays a graphical representation of the variation of the  operating costs for a time period of 1-12 months or 1-12 years. The graph depicts the “Cost” along the Y–Axis and the “Duration” along the X–Axis.
