Viewing forecasted event details
You can view the details of the forecasted events in this page.
Select the hyperlinked work unit count in the “View Forecasted Events” page, if the work unit count is greater than zero.
The “View Event Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Forecast Details” group box:
Identifier # |
The aircraft registration number / aircraft model number / sub fleet number. |
Identifier Type |
The type of the identifier that could be “Aircraft”, “Model” or “SubFleet”. |
Forecasting Horizon |
The duration for which the forecast was performed. |
Forecast Duration |
The duration for which the forecasted event details are displayed. |
Forecast Period |
The forecast duration period, which could be “Months” or “Years”. |
Start Date |
The start date of the forecast. |
End Date |
The end date of the forecast. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Applicability” group box:
Work Center # |
The number identifying the work center where the work units are executed. |
ATA # |
The ATA chapter associated with the work unit. |
Component Hierarchy |
The display option for the work unit count, which could be “Display” or “Suppressed”. |
The system displays the following:
Currency |
The base currency of the login organization unit, retrieved from the "Enterprise Set Up" business component. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Work Unit Details” multiline:
Sub fleet # |
The number identifying the sub fleet to which the aircraft, for which the forecast was generated, belongs. |
Model # |
The number identifying the model of the aircraft for which the forecast was generated. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The registration number of the aircraft for which the forecast was generated. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part on which the work unit is executed. |
Note: The system displays “AIR FRAME” for aircraft related work units.
Work Unit # |
The number identifying the forecasted work unit. |
Work Unit Description |
The textual description of the work unit. |
Part # |
The number identifying the part on which the work unit is executed. |
Work Unit Type |
The type of the work unit, which could be “Task”, “Standard Procedure”, “Aircraft Work Package” or “Component Work Package”. |
Job Type |
The job type of the work unit, which could be “On Wing”, “Off Wing”, “Component Removal” or “Aircraft”. |
Earliest Schedule Date |
The earliest scheduled date of the work unit. |
Schedule Date |
The schedule date of the work unit. |
Latest Schedule Date |
The latest scheduled date of the work unit. |
Last Compliance Date |
The last compliance date of the work unit. |
Rem. FH |
The flying hours remaining before execution of the scheduled work unit. The system calculates the remaining flying hours as given below: Remaining FH = Schedule Value of FH – Current Value of FH. |
Rem. FC |
The number of flying cycles remaining before execution of the scheduled work unit. The system calculates the remaining flying cycles as given below: Remaining FC = Schedule Value of FC – Current Value of FC. |
Note: The “Rem. FH” and the “Rem. FC” will be displayed only for usage-based work units whose schedule parameters are set as flying hours or flying cycles. |

Total Cost |
The total cost associated with the work unit. |
Resource Cost |
The Total Resource cost associated with the work unit, which is the sum of the scheduled and unscheduled resource cost. |
Material Cost |
The Total material cost associated with the work unit, which is the sum of the scheduled and the unscheduled material costs. |
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:
Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the forecast. |
Created Date |
The date on which the forecast was created. |
