Basics of using a typical web page

Using Online Help

The “Leg Details” tab appears by default, on launch of the “View Journey Log” page.  

The “Leg Details” tab  page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Leg Details” group box:

Line #

The number identifying the line item for which the journey details are viewed.

Flight #

The number identifying the flight.

Leg #

The number identifying the leg of the flight.

Departure Station

The station from which the journey log begins.

Arrival Station

The station where the flight arrives.

Departure Date

The date at which the journey starts.

Departure Time

The time at which the journey starts.

Take Off Date

The date on which the flight took off.

Take Off Time

The time at which the flight took off.

Landing Time

The landing time of the flight.

Arrival Date

The date at which the leg of the journey ends.

Arrival Time

The time at which the leg of the journey ends.

Hobbs-Out

The readings recorded from Hobbs meter during take off of flight..

Hobbs-In

The readings recorded from Hobbs meter, during landing of flight

Block Hours

The difference between the departure time and the arrival time of the flight.

Flight Hours

The total time between the take off and landing of the flight.

The flight hours are computed as the difference between take off date/time and landing date/time.

Delay on Dep. (HH:MM)

The delay at the time of departure of the flight in terms of hours or minutes. This value is computed as the difference between the scheduled departure time and the actual departure time of the flight.

Delay on Arr. (HH:MM)

The delay at the time of arrival of the flight in terms of hours and minutes. This value is computed as the difference between the schedule arrival time and the actual arrival time of the flight.

Flight Status

The status of the flight, which could be ”On Schedule”, ”Delayed”, “Cancelled”, “Diverted”, “Air Turned Back”, “Ground Turned Back”  “ and “Deleted”.

No. Of Pax

The number of passengers traveling in the flight.

Take Offs

The number of take offs for the flight during the journey.

Landing Type

The landing type of the flight.

Touch & Go Count

The number of touch-and-go stops for the journey log that was recorded.

Departure Fuel Reading

The amount of fuel in the aircraft fuel tanks at the time of flight departure.

Arrival Fuel Reading

The amount of fuel in the aircraft fuel tanks at the time of flight arrival.

Parameter 1

The first parameter of the leg.

Parameter 2

The second parameter of the leg.

Parameter 3

The third parameter of the leg.

Parameter 4

The fourth parameter of the leg.

Parameter 5

The fifth parameter of the leg.

Parameter 6

The sixth parameter of the leg.

Maint. Execution ?

Indicates whether any maintenance execution was performed on the flight during journey. The system displays the options “Yes” or “No”.

Cabin Crew Change ?

Indicates whether the cabin crew is changed between the legs during the journey. The system displays the options “Yes” or “No”.

Sch Departure Time

The time at which the aircraft is scheduled to depart from the station as defined in the “Flight Assignment” business component, if it is a scheduled flight.

Sch. Arrival Time

The time at which the aircraft is scheduled to arrive at the station as defined in the “Flight Assignment” business component, if it is a scheduled flight.

Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to the leg.

View Journey log - A summary of the activity

In this page, you can view the journey log information. The journey log details such as the journey log number, status, flight date, reporting time zone, starting station, journey log category, tech log number and flight category, can be  viewed.

You can also view the following details of the journey log:
