Viewing regularized operational Interruption details for journey log

Using this page you can view the regularized record of the delay details of the flight reported for a journey log.

Select the “View Regularized Operational Interruption Details” link from the “View Operational Interruption Report” page. You can launch this link from "View Journey Log" page also.

The “View Regularized Operational Interruption Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed. The format is displayed from the “user Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component.

The system displays the following details in the “Aircraft Details” group box.

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the flight interruption details are displayed.
Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the model to which the aircraft belongs.

The system displays the following details in the “Flight Details” group box.

Journey Log #	The number identifying the journey log for which the flight interruption details are regularized.
User Status	The user defined status of the journey log.
Sch. Departure Date	The scheduled date of departure of the flight.

Enter the following field:

Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number of the journey log for which the regularized delay details are to be viewed. The system lists all the line numbers defined for the journey log.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the flight interruption and delay details for the journey log and the selected line number.

The system displays the following details.

Flight Status	The flight status of the aircraft which could be any one of the following options: “On Schedule”, “Delayed”, “Diverted”, “Air Turned Back”, “Ground Turned Back”, Cancelled” or “Substituted”.
Flight #	The number identifying the flight for which the delay details are regularized.
Leg #	The number identifying the leg of the flight.

The system displays the following fields in the “Interruption Details” group box:

Reason #	The unique code identifying the reason for interruption of the flight.
Reason Category	The category to which the reason for interruption belongs. The system retrieves and displays the reason category associated to the specified reason number as defined in the “Common Masters” business component.
ATA #	The ATA number on which the delay is reported.
Reason Description	The textual description of the delay reason reported. The system retrieves and displays the reason description corresponding to the specified reason number as defined in the “Common Masters” business component.
Reason for Interruption	The textual description of the reason for interruption reported on the flight operation.
Action Taken	The action taken to erase or minimize the delay.
Remarks	Any additional remarks pertaining to the interruption of flight operation.
Reporting Status	The reporting status of the delay details.

The system displays the following details in the “Delay Summary For The Period” group box:

Delay on Dep. (Day/Hr/Min)	The delay at the time of departure of the flight in terms of days, hours and minutes.
Delay on Arr. (Day/Hr/Min)	The delay at the time of arrival of the flight in terms of days, hours and minutes.

The system displays the following field in the “Delay Details” multiline:

Delay On	The type of the delay for which the details are recorded.
Delay Category	The category under which the delay is reported.
Delay #	The number identifying the delay of the flight.
Delay Description	The textual description of the delay reported for the flight.
ATA #	The ATA # on which the delay is reported.
Delay (Days)	The delay of the flight in terms of days.
Delay (Hours)	The delay of the flight in terms of hours.
Delay (Minutes)	The delay of the flight in terms of minutes.
Reporting Status	The reporting status of the flight interruption.
