Selecting journey log for regularizing interruption details
Using this page you can select a journey log number and modify the delay details or interruption details of the flight, for the selected Line #. Tell me more.
Select the “Regularize Operational Interruption Details” link under the “Flight Log” business component.
The “Select Journey Log” page appears.
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are displayed. The format is displayed from the “user Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component. |
Enter the following in the “Direct Entry” group box:
Journey Log # |
The number identifying the journey log for which the flight interruption details are to be regularized. |
Select the “Regularize Operational Interruption Details” link provided alongside, to regularize the flight interruption details.
Enter the following details in the “Search Criteria” group box:
Journey Log # |
The number identifying the journey log for which the flight interruption details are to be regularized. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the journey logs with numbers similar to the number entered here. |
User Status |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the user-defined status for the journey log. The system lists all the ‘Active’ quick codes that are of type “Journey Log User Status” as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the current business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Sch. Departure Date |
The scheduled date of departure of the flight from the station for which the interruption details are to be regularized (Date Format). |
Log # |
The log number reference in the journey log. This number refers to the page number in the journey log. (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the log number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all journey logs with the matching log numbers. |
Flight # |
The number identifying the flight of the aircraft for which the interruption details are to be regularized. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Leg # |
The number identifying the leg of the flight. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
From Station |
Use the drop-down list box to select the station at which the leg of the journey starts. The system lists all the ‘Active’ stations as defined in the “Common Masters” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
To Station |
Use the drop-down list box to select the station at which the leg of the journey ends. The system lists all the ‘Active’ stations as defined in the “Common Masters” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Aircraft Reg # |
The aircraft registration number for which the journey log details are entered. Enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |
Journey Log Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the journey log belongs. The system lists all the ‘Active’ quick codes that are of type “Journey Log Category” as defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the current business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |
Note: Leave all the fields mentioned above blank, to retrieve journey logs that are in “Confirmed” status, irrespective of the search criteria.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the journey log details of the aircraft for which the flight interruption details are to be regularized.
Note: The system retrieves and displays only those journey logs that are in “Confimed” status.

Click the hyperlinked journey log number to regularize the flight interruption details of the aircraft during the journey.

Selecting journey log for regularizing interruption details – An overview
You can select a journey log number and modify the delay details or interruption details of the flight, for a given Line #. If you know the exact journey log number, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the journey log number, user status, schedule departure date, log leaf number, flight and leg number, starting and ending station, aircraft registration number and journey log category. Based on the filter criteria, details of the journey log, such as the journey log number, user status, schedule departure date, line #, aircraft registration number, and journey log category are displayed in the multiline.
