This page can be used to select an existing flight sheet for amendment. Tell me more

The “Select Flight Sheet” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are to be entered.

The date format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The time is displayed as HH:MM or HHMM, in 24 hour format. For example 11:00pm is displayed as 23:00 or 2300 and 10:45am is displayed as 1045 or 10:45.

Flight Sheet #

The number Identifying the flight sheet to be amended. (Alphanumeric 40).

To search for a flight sheet

Flight Sheet #

The number identifying the flight sheet to be amended (Alphanumeric 40). You can enter the flight sheet number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the flight sheet. The system lists the options “Confirmed”, “Approved” and “Under Amendment”. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Customer Call Sign

The code identifying the customer’s job (Alphanumeric 20). Ensure that the customer call sign is “Active” as defined in the “Common Master” business component.

User Status

Use the drop-down list box to assign a user-defined status for the flight sheet. The system lists all the quick codes of type "Flight Sheet User Status" defined in “Create/Occurrence Reports Attributes” activity of “Common Master” business component.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft for which the flight sheet details are to be modified (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the aircraft registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model for which the flight sheet must be updated (Alphanumeric, 20).You can enter the model number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

Flight Code

Use the drop-down list box to select the flight code. The system lists the following options:

INC–Income.

NFW-No Flight Weather.

NFR-No Flight Required.

NFU-No Flight Unsch. Maint..

NFS-No Flight Sch. Maint.

NFH-No Flight Hangar Maint..

OPS-PHI Operations.

OPP-Opns. A/C Positioning.

MNT-Maintenance Check.

EMS-Emergency Medical Service.

CRW-PHI Crew Change.

FRP-FAA Ferry Permit.

SAL-Sales Promotion.

TRN-Training.

TRP-Training A/C Positioning.

The system displays blank by default.

Aircraft Released

Use the drop-down list box to specify the basis on which the aircraft is released to the customer. The system lists the options 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0 and None.

By default, the system leaves the field blank.

From Date

If the flight sheet is created based on the journey leg details, enter the date corresponding to the earliest journey leg. (Date Format)

The date on which the preparation of the flight sheet is started, if the flight sheet is created directly (Date Format).

To Date

If the flight sheet is created based on journey leg details, enter the date corresponding to the latest journey log. (Date Format).

The date on which the preparation of the flight sheet is ended, if the flight sheet is created directly (Date Format).

Note: Leave the fields blank to retrieve the details irrespective of the search criteria.

Note: The system retrieves only those flight sheets that are in “Confirmed”, “Approved” or “Under Amendment” status.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Flight Sheet #

The number identifying the flight sheet retrieved by the system.

Amendment #

The number identifying the amendment of the flight sheet.

Status

The status of the flight sheet.

User Status

The user-defined status for the flight sheet.

Aircraft Reg #

The aircraft registration number.

Aircraft Model #

The code identifying the aircraft model.

Customer Call Sign

The code identifying the customer’s job.

Aircraft Released

The value identifying the duration for which the aircraft is released to the customer.

Flight Code

The code identifying the flight services.

From Date

If the flight sheet is created directly, “From Date” represents the date on which the preparation of the flight sheet is started.

If the flight sheet is created based on the journey leg details, “From Date” represents the date corresponding to the earliest journey leg.

To Date

Represents the date on which the preparation of the flight sheet is ended, if the flight sheet is created directly.

Represents the date corresponding to the latest journey log, if the flight sheet is created based on journey leg details.

Total Flight Sheet Legs

The sum of take offs of all the legs associated with the flight sheet

Total Flight Sheet Time

The sum of flight durations of all the legs associated with the flight sheet..

Note: The total flight sheet legs and the total flight sheet time will be displayed only for flight sheets that are created directly.

Amend Flight Sheet - A summary of the activity

This page allows you to select the flight sheet to be amended. If you know the exact flight sheet number to be amended, you can enter it directly. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the flight sheet status, customer call sign, aircraft registration number, aircraft model number and flight code corresponding to the flight sheets. The system displays the flight sheets that match the filter criteria. You can select a flight sheet for amending its details.
