Ref # Category”, “Exec. Code”, “CoM User Status”, “In-Direct Category”, “Landing Type”, “User Defined Detail1”, “User Defined Detail2” and "Fuel Usage Category". The system sets the field to “Journey Log User Status” by default.

Quick Code

A unique identifier for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 25). Mandatory. This can be a combination of characters and digits. Ensure that the quick code is unique for the organizational unit.

Description

The textual description for the quick code (Alphanumeric, 80). Mandatory.

Note: Ensure that atleast one quick code is entered in the multiline, and the quick code is unique within the multiline.

The system creates quick codes, sets the status of the created quick codes as “Active” and the quick code creation date as the current server date.

You cannot create quick codes of Quick Code Type “In-Direct Category”, if Component Interaction Model (CIM) interaction exists between the “Time Management” and “Flight log” business components.

Note: Since Time booking is managed by “Time Management” business component, quick codes can be created only in the “Time Management Master” business component.
