Help on Company Code

This page allows you to retrieve the details of the company codes that are already created. You can carry out a search based on the company code, company name, city and country in which the company is located.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Parent Company Code” field in the main screen.
The “Help on Company Code” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Company Code |
The code identifying the company for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 10). You can enter the company code in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all company codes that are similar to the code entered here. |

Company Name |
The name of the company for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the company name in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. |

City |
The city in which the company is located (Alphanumeric, 32). The system retrieves the companies of the city specified here. |
|
Country |
The country in which the company is located (Alphanumeric, 40). The system retrieves the companies of the country specified here. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Company Code |
The company defined in the system. |
|
Company Name |
The name of the company |
|
Address |
The address of the company |
|
City |
The city in which the company is located |
|
Country |
The country in which the company is located |
|
Base Currency |
The base currency in which the company transacts. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the company code.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
