This page allows you to view the movement details of the parts to the respective warehouse at the line level. In this page you can view the movement details of the part number available in the selected line number to the warehouse selected.

The “Move Customer Goods Movement – Linewise ” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Customer Goods Receipt Details” group box:

CGR #

The unique code identifying the customer goods receipt note.

Status

The status of the customer goods receipt

Customer #

The unique code identifying the customer, from whom the part(s) is/are received for service or as spares and has the customer order as the reference document.

Customer Name

The name of the customer as referred in the customer order and from whom the part(s)s is/are received for service or as spares.

Receipt Date

The date of creation of the customer goods receipt

CGR Line #

Use the drop-down list box to select the line number. The system lists all the line numbers, which contain the part numbers that are to be moved to the warehouses

The system displays the following in the “Customer Goods Receipt Details” group box:

Line Status

The status of the line containing the parts

Part #

The unique code identifying the part

Customer Part #

The unique code identifying the customer part

Part Description

The textual description of the part

Zoom facility available

Part Control Type

The part control type, which could be “Serial Number Controlled” or “Lot Number controlled” or “Both” or “None”.

Total Received Quantity

The total quantity of the part received from the customer

Moved Date

The date of movement of the parts to the warehouse

Movement Remarks

Any additional comments pertaining to the movement of parts.

The system displays the following in the “CGR Line # Details” multiline:

Manufacturer Serial #

The unique code identifying the manufacturer serial number of the part

Manufacturer Lot #

The unique code identifying the manufacturer lot number of the part

Warehouse #

The unique code identifying the warehouse where the customer is allowed to stock the goods

WH – Zone #

The unique code identifying the zone

Bin #

The unique code identifying the bin associated

Part Condition

The condition of the part, which could be "Serviceable", "Over hauled", "New", "Unserviceable" or “Blank”.

Received Qty

The quantity of the parts received from the customer

Moved Qty

The quantity of the part moved to the respective storage

Stock Status

The user-defined stock status.

Serial #

The system generated internal serial number of the part

Lot #

The system generated internal   lot number of the part

Top
