Viewing customer component details

This page allows you to view the components for which the maintenance service must be provided. The system displays the component number, part number, part type, part description and the type of engagement provided by the service provider.

Select the “View Customer Component Details” link at the bottom of the “View Customer Record” page.

The “View Customer Component Detail” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #	The code identifying the customer for which the component details are displayed
Customer Name	The name of the customer

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline:

Component #	The number identifying the component on which the maintenance work must be carried out
Part #	The number identifying the part to which the component belongs
Manufacturer Serial #	The manufacturer serial number of the component
Part Description	The textual description of the part
Part Type	The type to which the part belongs
Part Classification	The classification of the part
Engagement Type	The type of engagement provided to the customer regarding the part. The system displays one of the following: Full Maintenance – indicates that complete maintenance service would be provided on the part. On Request – indicates that the maintenance service would be provided based on the customer’s requirements.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the component for viewing certificate requirement details.

To proceed carry out the following:

Select the “View Customer Component Certificate Reqt. Details” link at the bottom of the page to view the certificate requirement details for the selected component.
