This page allows you to define the details of the certificates that are applicable to the customer aircraft. You can provide details of the certificate such as certificate type, description, remarks and file name.

The “Edit Component Certificate Requirements” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Customer Details” group box:

Customer #

The code identifying the customer for whom the part certificate requirement details must be entered.

The operational status of the customer must be “Active”.

Customer Name

The name of the customer

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to select the part number for which the certificate requirement details must be entered. The system lists all parts associated with the customer.

Leave this field blank to enter certificate details that are applicable to all the aircraft associated with the customer.

Certificate Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the certificate applicable to the selected part. The system lists the certificate types defined in the “Create Certificate Type” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. This value must be unique to the multiline.

Data selection in this field is mandatory.

The system displays the following:

Description

The textual description of the certificate type

Remarks

Any remark regarding the certificate issued (Alphanumeric, 255)

Template

The template of the aircraft certificate. (Alphanumeric, 50)

Help facility available.

Note: Ensure that atleast one record is entered in the multiline.

Note: Once updated, you cannot modify the certificate type in the multiline.
