This page, you can view the position details of the individual spare parts identified for the component configuration. Details such as position code, position code status, lot number, serial number of the spare part, date of attachment of the spare part, work order raised against the spare part and the name of the organizational unit in which the work order is raised are displayed.

The “View Spare Part Position Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following details in the “Spare Part Details” group box:

Component #

The component ID for which the spare part position details are displayed.

Serial #

The serial number of the component.

Spare Part #

The spare part that is identified for the component configuration.

Part Description

The textual description of the spare part.

Zoom facility available.

Quantity

The number of spare parts identified for the component configuration.

UOM

The unit of measurement for the spare part.

The system displays the following details in the “Spare Part Position” multiline:

Position Number

The position code to which the spare part is associated.

Status

The status of the position code which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Lot #

The lot number to which the spare part belongs.

Serial #

The serial number of the spare part.

Date Of Attachment

The date on which the spare part is attached to the position code in the component configuration.

Work Order #

The number identifying the work order that is raised against the spare part.

Org. Unit Name

The name of the organizational unit in which the work order is raised against the spare part.
