Viewing yearly oil consumption details for a part

In this page, you can view the engine oil consumed by the part in a year. Tell me more.

Select the “View Yearly Oil Consumption Details” link at the bottom of the “Select Part #” page.

The “View Yearly Oil Consumption Details” page appears.

The system, displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following field in the “Component Details” group box:

Part #	The number identifying the part.
Serial #	The serial number of the component.
Component #	The number identifying the component.
Component Type	The type to which the component belongs.

Enter the following fields in the “Period Details” group box:

Month	Use the drop down list box to select the month. The system displays the all the months with the span of the reliability period.
Year	Use the drop down list box to select the year. The system displays the all the values of the year in the ascending order within the span of "valid from year" and "valid to year" for all the reliability calendars as defined for the selected calendar.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the oil consumption details.

The system displays the following in the “Oil Consumption Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the oil consumption details displayed.
Tech Log #	The technical log number retrieved by the system.
Position Code	The number identifying the position code.
Total Oil Consumed	The total amount of engine oil uplifted by the part. The sum of the engine oil uplifted for all the confirmed technical logs is displayed here.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the aircraft registration number for which the engine oil consumption details for a calendar are to be viewed.

Select the “View Calendarwise Oil Consumption Details” link from the bottom of the page to view the oil consumption details for a calendar.

Viewing yearly oil consumption details for a part - An overview

In this page, you can view the engine oil consumed by the part in a year. The system displays the component details such as the number of the part and serial, and the type and ID of the component. Details such as the aircraft registration number, technical log number, position code and the amount of total oil consumed are displayed for the period selected.
