Viewing parts consumption details of a component work order

This page allows you to can view the consumption details of parts other than the “Component” type, for a task or a component work order. Tell me more.

Select the “View Parts Consumption Details” link at the bottom of the “View CWO Details” page.

The “View Parts Consumption Details” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order #

The component work order selected in the previous page.

CWO Description

The textual description of the component work order

Zoom facility available..

Work Center #

The work center in which the component work order is executed.

Enter the following:

Task #

Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which you need to view the part consumption details. The system displays the numbers (along with the sequence number) of all the tasks for the selected component work order.

Note: Leave this field blank, to view the part consumption details of the entire component work order.

Click the “Search” pushbutton, to retrieve the part consumption details for the selected task or CWO.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline:

Part #	The part that was consumed for the task or component work order.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
UOM	The unit of measurement for the quantity of parts used, issued or returned, for the task or component work order.
Required Quantity	The quantity of parts required for the task or component work order.
Issued Quantity	The quantity of parts issued from the warehouse for the specified task or component work order.
Used Quantity	The quantity of parts consumed for the task or component work order.
Return Quantity	The quantity of parts returned to the warehouse.
Warehouse #	The warehouse, which issued the parts for the task or component work order.

Viewing parts consumption details of a component work order – An overview

In this page, you can view the consumption details of parts other than the “Component” type, for a task or a component work order. You can specify the task for which you need to view the parts consumption details, such as the issued, used and returned number of parts. If the task number is not specified, the system displays the parts consumption details of the selected component work order.
