This page allows you to retrieve the details of the attributes that are already created. You can carry out a search based on the Attribute Code, Attribute Type and Attribute Description. The system then displays the details such as attribute code, attribute type and attribute description. Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Attribute Code” field in the main screen.
The “Help on Attributes” page appears.
Enter the following field in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the attribute: (Data entry in the following fields is optional.)

Attribute Code |
The code identifying the attribute for which the details must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 10) |

You can enter the attribute code in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the attribute codes which are similar to the code entered here. | |

Attribute Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the attribute. The system lists the options: “Qualitative” and “Quantitative”. The system retrieves the attributes of the type specified here. By default, this field is left blank. Leave this field blank to retrieve the attributes irrespective of their types. |

Attribute Description |
The textual description of the attribute (Alphanumeric, 80) |

You can enter the description in full, or specify it partially. The system retrieves all the attributes whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Attribute Code |
The code of the attribute retrieved by the system based on the filter criteria specified |

Attribute Description |
The textual description of the attribute |

Attribute Type |
The type of the attribute, which could be “Qualitative” or “Quantitative” |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the attribute.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
