Viewing discrepancy details for schedule interruption report

In this page, you can view the discrepancy details for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Discrepancy Details” link at the bottom of the “View Logs” page.

The “View Discrepancy Details” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which discrepancy details are displayed.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the schedule interruption details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date	The start date of the reliability calendar.
End Date	The end date of the reliability calendar.

The system displays the following in the “Log Details” corresponding to the journey which have attributed to schedule interruption in the group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The aircraft registration number for which the discrepancy details are displayed.
Sch. Departure Date	The schedule start date of the journey in which the discrepancy is reported.
From Station	The station from which the log was recorded.
To Station	The station till which the log was recorded.
Station	The station at which the log was recorded.
Flight #	The flight number for which schedule interruption details are displayed.
Leg #	The number identifying the leg number corresponding to the flight number .
Ref Document #	The number identifying the reference document.

Enter the following field:

Document ID

Use the drop-down list box to select the reference document number for which the discrepancy details must be retrieved. The system lists all the journey log and tech log numbers defined in the system.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the discrepancy details for the selected reference document.

The system displays the following field:

Ref. Document Type

The type of the reference document such as "Journey Log" or "Tech Log".

The system displays the following in the “Discrepancy Details” multiline:

Maint Report #	The number identifying the maintenance report.
Discrepancy #	The number identifying the discrepancy.
Discrepancy	The textual description of the discrepancy.
ATA #	The ATA chapter on which the discrepancy is reported.
Fault #	The code identifying the fault in the aircraft.
Cause#	The unique code identifying the cause.
Chapter Description	The textual description of the ATA chapter.
Fault Description	The textual description of the fault.
Cause Description	The textual description of the fault.
Fault Category	The category to which the fault belongs.

Select the “View Rectification Action” link at the bottom of the page to view the rectification details of the fleet.

Viewing discrepancy details for schedule interruption report – An overview

In this page, you can view the discrepancy details for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the schedule interruption details available for the selected reliability fleet. The schedule interruption details such as the main report number, discrepancy code, ATA number, fault number, fault category, flight number and fault description are displayed.
