Viewing the monthly incident occurrence report

In this page, you can view the monthly incident occurrence for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Monthly Incident Occurrence Report” link at the bottom of the “View Incident Occurrence Summary Report” page.

The “View Monthly Incident Occurrence Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the monthly incident occurrence report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the monthly incident occurrence details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date	The start date of the reliability calendar.
End Date	The end date of the reliability calendar.

Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft registration number for which the incident occurrence details are displayed. The system lists all aircraft registration numbers defined for the specified reliability fleet in the “Reliability Set up” business component.

Note: Leave this field blank to view the incident occurrence details for all aircraft.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the incident occurrence details.

Incident Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the incident that had occurred in the selected fleet for the month. The system lists all the values as defined in the “Common Masters” business component.

Note: Leave this field blank to view the incident occurence details for all incidents.

The system displays the following in the “Monthly Incident Occurrence Details” multiline:

Month	The month in which the incident or accident occurred.
Aircraft Reg #	The number identifying the aircraft registration for which the incident occurrence details are displayed.
Incident Type	The type of the incident that occurred in the selected fleet.
No. Of Occurrences	The number of occurrences of the incident or accident for that particular month and for that aircraft.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the month for viewing the incident compliance report details.

Viewing the monthly incident occurrence report – An overview

In this page, you can view the monthly incident occurrence for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the incident occurrence details available for the selected reliability fleet. The monthly incident occurrence details such as the month at which the selected incident or accident occurred, aircraft registration number, incident or accident type and the number of occurrences are displayed.
