In this page you can view the mechanic analysis report details. Tell me more.
Click the hyperlinked reliability fleet number in the multiline
of the “Select Reliability Fleet” page.
The “View Monthly Mechanic Report Analysis” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet # |
The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the mechanic analysis report. |

Fleet Description |
The textual description of the fleet. Zoom facility available. |
|
Data Available Upto |
The last date until which the mechanic analysis details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component. |
Enter
the following fields in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

Reliability Calendar # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reliability calendar that is mapped to reliability fleet in the “Reliability Setup” business component. The reliability calendar must be either in the “Confirmed” or “Closed” status. Data selection in this field is mandatory. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton
to retrieve the details of the reliability calendar.
The system displays the following details in the “Reliability Calendar Details” group box:

Calendar Description |
The textual description of the reliability calendar. Zoom facility available. |

Start Date |
The start date of the reliability calendar. |
|
End Date |
The end date of the reliability calendar. |
Enter the following fields in the “Period Details” group box:

Period # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the period that is mapped to the reliability fleet in the “Reliability Setup” business component. The period must be either in the “Confirmed” or “Closed” status. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details of the
period.
The system displays the following details in the “Period Details” group box:

Period - From |
The starting date of the period. |

Period - To |
The end date of the period. |
Enter the following fields in the “User Defined Period Details”
group box:

From Year |
The year starting from which you wish to view the delay report (Date Format) |

Month From |
Use the drop-down list box to select the month from which you wish to view the delay report. |

To Year |
The year until which you wish to view the delay report (Date Format) . |
|
Month To |
Use the drop-down list box to select the month until which you wish to view the delay report. |
Enter the following in the “View Filter Options” group box:

View By |
Use the drop-down list box to select the view option. The report can be viewed based on the “Reliability Period” or the “User Defined Period”. |
Note: If this field is set to ”User Defined Period”, “From Year” should not be later than”To year”. If”From Year” and”To Year” are the same, ”From Month” should not be later than ”To Month”.
Enter the following in the “Report options” group box:

Report Action |
Use the drop-down list box to select the report action. The system displays the options “Print”, “Print Preview” and “View Report”. By default, the system displays the report action specified in the “Default Report Action” field of the “Set Options” activity. If no report value is specified in the “Set Options” activity, the system displays the option “View Report” by default. |

Sort By |
Use the drop-down list to specify how the mechanic analysis details will be sorted. The system displays the options “ATA#” and “Month”. By default, the system displays the option “Month”. |
Click the “Generate Monthly Mechanic Report” to generate the monthly
mechanic analysis report.
Viewing mechanic analysis report – An overview
In this page, you can view the mechanic analysis report based on the selected reliability calendar and period. You can also select the report action and sorting method for the mechanic report.
