Viewing the monthly utilization report

In this page, you can view the monthly utilization report for the selected fleet. Tell me more.

Select the “View Monthly Utilization Report” link at the bottom of the “View Fleet Utilization Report” page.

The “View Monthly Utilization Report” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Reliability Fleet Details” group box:

Reliability Fleet #

The number identifying the reliability fleet for which you wish to view the utilization report.

Fleet Description

The textual description of the fleet.

Zoom facility available

Data Available Upto

The last date until which the monthly utilization details are transferred from “Aircraft History” business component to “Aircraft Reliability” business component.

The system displays the following fields in the “Time Horizon Details” group box:

Start Date	The start date of the reliability period.
End Date	The end date of the reliability period.

Enter the following fields in the “View Filter Options” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft registration number for which the utilization details must be retrieved.
Flight Category	Use the drop-down list box to select the category to which the flight belongs. The system lists all the Active values defined for the quick code type as “Flight Category” of the “Common Master” business component

Click the “View Utilization Details” pushbutton to view the details of the utilization.

The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Utilization Summary Since New” group box:

FH Since New	The total number of flying hours since the inception of the aircraft.
FC Since New	The total number of flying cycles since the inception of the aircraft.

The system displays the following in the “Aircraft Utilization Summary For The Period” group box:

FC	The total flying cycles of the aircraft during the chosen period.
FH	The total flying hours, during the chosen period.
Last Period FC	The flying cycles for the aircraft during the corresponding period prior to the current reliability chosen period.
Last Period FH	The flying hours of the aircraft during the corresponding period prior to the current reliability chosen period.
% Fleet FH	The percentage of the total fleet flying hours the aircraft contributes. Example: If the Total Fleet FH is 500 for the chosen period and for an Aircraft the corresponding value is 50 then the %FH value is 0.1 (50/500).
% Last Period Fleet FH	The percentage of the total fleet flying hours that occurred in the period prior to the current reliability period contributed by the aircraft.
Avg. Daily Utilization	The average daily utilization per aircraft in terms of flight hours and flight cycles for the chosen period for the aircraft.
Avg. Flight Duration	The average duration of flying hours per flight for the chosen period for the aircraft.

The system displays the following in the “Monthly Operating Statistics” multiline:

Month	The month for which the operating statistic details are displayed.
Aircraft Reg #	The number identifying the aircraft registration.
FC	The flying cycles of the aircraft in the given month.
FH	The flying hours of the aircraft in the given month.
Last Period FC	The flying cycles for the aircraft during the corresponding period prior to the current reliability chosen period.
Last Period FH	The flying hours of the aircraft during the corresponding period prior to the current reliability chosen period.
% Fleet FH	The percentage of the total fleet flying hours the aircraft contributes
% Last Period Fleet FH	The percentage of the total fleet flying hours that occurred in the period prior to the current reliability period contributed by the aircraft.
Avg. Daily Utilization	The average daily utilization per aircraft in terms of flight hours and flight cycles for the chosen period for the aircraft.
Avg. Flight Duration	The average duration of flying hours per flight for the chosen period for the aircraft.

Select the “View Monthly Operating Statistics Graph” link at the bottom of the page to view the operating statistics trend for the selected aircraft.

Viewing the monthly utilization report – An overview

In this page, you can view the monthly utilization report for the selected fleet. The system retrieves the details such as the reliability fleet number, fleet description and the utilization details available for the selected reliability fleet. The monthly utilization details such as the month in which the fleet was utilized, flying cycles, flying hours, corresponding last period flying hours, percentage fleet flying hours, percentage fleet flying hours corresponding last period, average daily utilization and the average flight duration of the selected fleet are displayed.
