Editing the reference details for the maintenance program of an aircraft

This page enables you to modify the details of the reference documents based on which the maintenance program was created. Tell me more.

Select the “Edit References for Aircraft Program” link in the “Edit Aircraft Specific Maintenance Program” page.

The “Edit References for Aircraft Program” page appears.

The system displays the following details in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft that is associated to the program.
Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.
Sub Fleet #	The sub fleet number to which the aircraft belongs.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Details” group box:

Maintenance Program #	The maintenance program for which the reference documents information must be specified.
Revision #	The revision number of the maintenance program. The system retrieves the latest revision that is in a “Active” or “Fresh” status.
Program Desc	The description of the maintenance program.
	Zoom facility available
Status	The status of the maintenance program, which can be “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive” or “Return”.

Enter the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Ref. Document Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the reference document for which the maintenance program is created. The system lists all the reference document types as defined in the “Create Reference Document Type” activity of the “Common Master” business component and which are in the “Active” status.
Ref. Document #	The reference document number (Alphanumeric, 40). Ensure that the reference document is valid for the reference document type selected in the “Reference Document Type” field.
Document Name	The reference document name (Alphanumeric, 150).
File Name	The file name of the document (Alphanumeric, 50). Help facility available
Remarks	Any additional information on specifying the reference document (Alphanumeric, 255).

Click the “Edit References” pushbutton.

Note: The system saves the details of the reference documents against the maintenance program.

Check the box in the multiline to select the document for viewing its details.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View File” link to view the details of the selected document.
