Viewing serial number effectivity details

This page allows you to view the serial number effectivity details of the FCD. Tell me more.

Select the “View Serial No Effectivity” link at the bottom of the ”View Part Effectivity” page.

The “View Serial No Effectivity” page appears.

Note: Ensure that the part effectivity details are already defined for the fleet campaign directive in the “Edit Part Effectivity” page.

The system displays the following field in the “FCD Details” group box:

FCD #	The number identifying the FCD for which the serial effectivity details are displayed.
Subject	The textual description of the FCD.

Enter the following field:

Part #

Use the drop-down list box to select the part number for which the serial effectivity details must be viewed. The system lists all the part numbers for which the FCD is applicable.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the serial effectivity details.

The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Part Serial #	The serial number of the component on which the FCD must be executed.
Manufacturer Serial #	The serial number of the component manufacturer.
Component #	The number identifying the component on which the FCD must be executed.

Viewing serial number effectivity details – An overview

This page allows you to view the serial number effectivity details of the FCD. You can view the serial numbers of the parts for which the FCD is applicable. You can select a part, and the serial number details such as part serial number, manufacturer serial number, and the component ID on which the FCD must be executed, are listed in the multiline.
