This page allows you to view the certificate details entered for the tasks associated to the engineering document. The details such as the certificate number, certificate title, effectivity, certificate skill, resource group, ATA chapter number, category and the class of the certificate are displayed.
Select the “View Certificate Information” link at the bottom of the “View Task Information” page.
The “View Certificate Information” page appears.
The system displays the following field:
Date Format |
The format in which the date fields are to be entered in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Eng Doc Details” group box:
Eng. Doc # |
The number identifying the engineering document. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. Zoom facility available. |
Applicability

The applicability of the engineering document, which could be “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. |
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying the aircraft model for which the engineering document is applicable. |
Enter the following field:
Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the certificate details are to be entered. The system lists all the tasks that are identified as “New” and “Improvised” for the engineering document. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the certificate details of the selected task.

The number identifying the certificate that is applicable for engineering document - task |
Certificate Title |
The title of the certificate. |
Certificate Effectivity |
Indicates whether the certificate is applicable for “Work Unit”, “Aircraft Model” or “Part” |
Certified Skill |
The skill for which the certificate is applicable |
Applicable Resource Group |
The resource group for which the certificate is applicable. This could be “Inspector”, “Mechanic”, “Inspector and Mechanic” or “Others”. |
ATA # |
The ATA chapter for which the certificate is applicable |
Certification Category |
The user-defined category to which the certificate belongs |
Certificate Class |
The user-defined class to which the certificate belongs |
