Viewing part number effectivity details for engineering document

In this page, you can view the parts for which the engineering document is applicable. Details such as the part number and the part description are displayed in the multiline.
Select the “View Part Number Effectivity” link at the bottom of the “View Engineering Document” page.
The “View Part No Effectivity” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Eng Doc Details” group box:

Eng. Doc # |
The engineering document for which the part effectivity details are displayed. |

Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
|
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Part Details” multiline.

Part # |
The number identifying the part on which the engineering document must be executed. |
|
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
|
Post Mod Part # |
The changed part number. This is the new part number entered for the existing part in the “Edit Configuration Change Details” page. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the part number for viewing the serial number effectivity details.
To proceed, carry out the following
Select the “View Serial No Effectivity” link at the bottom of the page to view the serial number effectivity details for the selected part number.
Select the “View Terminated Eng. Doc” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of the terminated engineering documents.
Select the “View Part Description” link at the bottom of the page to view the part details
