Viewing additional notes entered for engineering document tasks

This page allows you to view any additional information pertaining to the task that must be performed for executing engineering document.
Select the “View Notes” link at the bottom of the “View Task Information” page.
The “View Notes” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Eng. Doc Details” group box:

Eng. Doc # # |
The engineering document for which the notes is displayed. |
|
Revision # |
The revision number of the engineering document. |
|
Subject |
The textual description of the engineering document. Zoom facility available. |
|
Applicability |
The applicability of the engineering document, which could be “Aircraft”, “Component” or “Engine”. |
|
Aircraft Model # |
The number identifying the aircraft model for which the engineering document is applicable. |
|
Std. Procedure # |
The number identifying the standard procedure. |
|
Std. Procedure Description |
The textual description of the standard procedure. Zoom facility available. |
Enter the following field:

Task # |
Use the drop-down list box to select the task for which the additional details must be viewed. The system lists all the tasks that are defined for the engineering document and revision number combination. |
Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the additional details that are specified for the task.
The system displays the following field on clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton:

Task Description |
The textual description of the task. Zoom facility available. |
The system displays the following field in the “General Notes" group box:

Notes |
Any additional information, remarks or comments pertaining to the engineering document task. Zoom facility available. |
