Help on process reference number
This page allows you to retrieve the details of processes that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the process reference number and the date on which process was convened. The system displays details such as process reference number, process reference date, chair person and members.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Process Ref. #” field in the ”Create Engineering Document” page.
The “Help on Process Ref. #” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a work unit. Data entry in the following fields is optional:
Process Ref. # |
The number identifying the process for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the processes that are similar to the value entered here. |
Process Ref. : From / To Date |
The starting date in the date range between which the process was convened (date format). Enter the ending date in the date range between which the process was convened in the box provided alongside (date format). The system retrieves details of all processes that were convened between the date range specified in the “Process Ref. : From Date” and “Process Ref. : To Date” fields. |
MCR # / Revision # |
The maintenance change request against which the engineering document is to be created (Alphanumeric, 40). Enter the number identifying the revision of the maintenance change request in the box provided alongside. (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the Process Ref. details with MCR # / revision numbers similar to the values entered here. |
Subject |
The textual description of the maintenance change request (Alphanumeric, 2000). You can enter the subject in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the Process Ref. details of all the maintenance change request documents with description similar to the text entered here. |
Click the “Search” button to display the search results.
The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:
Process Ref. # |
The unique number assigned to the processed MCR. |
Process Ref. Date |
The date on which the MCR was processed. |
Chair Person |
The name of the person who chaired the meeting to process the MCR. |
Members |
The name(s) of the members who processed the MCR. |
MCR # |
The maintenance change request number that has been processed. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the maintenance change request document. |
ATA # |
The ATA chapter on which the maintenance change request document is executed. |
Subject |
The textual description of the maintenance change request document. |
Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the Process Ref. #.
Click the “OK” button.
