Help on Fleet Campaign Directives

This page allows you to retrieve the details of fleet campaign directives that are already defined. You can carry out the search using the FCD number, subject, status, applicability and ATA #. The system displays details such as FCD number, Applicability, FCD Category and Subject.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “FCD #” field in the main page.

The “Help on Fleet Campaign Directives” page appears.

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a work unit. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

FCD #	The number identifying the fleet campaign directive for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the fleet campaign directives whose number is similar to the value entered here.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the fleet campaign directive. The system displays the options: “Cancelled”, “Closed”, “Fresh” and “Released”. By default, the system leaves this field blank. The system retrieves all fleet campaign directives with status that match the status selected here.
Subject	The textual description of the fleet campaign directive (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full, or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the fleet campaign directives with description that match the text entered here.
User Status	Use the drop-down list box to select the user-defined status of the fleet campaign directive. The system displays all values defined as “FCD-User Status” in the “Quick Codes” activity. By default, the system leaves this field blank. The system retrieves all fleet campaign directives with user status that match the status selected here.
Applicability	Use the drop-down list box to select the applicability of the fleet campaign directive. The system displays the options: “aircraft”, “component”, and “Engine”. The system retrieves all fleet campaign directives with applicability that match the option selected here.
ATA #	The ATA chapter of the fleet campaign directive (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the FCD numbers containing ATA chapter number similar to the value entered here. Leave the field blank to retrieve the all the FCDs irrespective of the ATA chapter number.

Click the “Search” button to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

FCD #	The unique number assigned to the fleet campaign directive.
Applicability	The applicability of the fleet campaign directive, which can be “aircraft”, “engine” or “component”.
Status	The status of the fleet campaign directive, which can be “Cancelled”, “Closed”, “Fresh” or “Released”.
User Status	The user-defined status of the fleet campaign directive.
ATA #	The ATA chapter associated to the fleet campaign directive.
FCD Category	The category to which the fleet campaign directive belongs.
Subject	The textual description of the fleet campaign directive.

Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the fleet campaign directive.
Click the “OK” button.
