Entering reference information for FCD

This page allows you to record reference information for the selected FCD. Tell me more.
Select the “Edit References” link at the bottom of the “Create Fleet Campaign Directive” or “Edit Fleet Campaign Directive” page.
The “Edit Reference Information” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the "FCD Details" group box:

FCD # |
The FCD for which the reference details must be entered. |

Subject |
The textual description of the FCD. Zoom facility available. |
Note: The system displays the reference document details that are already defined for the FCD.
Enter the following in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Doc Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the reference document. The system lists all the document types defined in the “Create Reference Document Type” activity of the “Common Master” business component. The system leaves the field blank by default. |

Document ID |
The number identifying the document that must be referred during FCD execution (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory. Once associated to the FCD, the reference document number cannot be modified. |

File Name |
The name of the file attached to the fleet campaign directive (Alphanumeric, 40). Help facility available. |
Note: Ensure that the combination of the reference document number and the document type is unique in the multiiine.
Ensure that atleast one reference document number is entered in the multiline.
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline, to mark the reference document for deletion.
Click the “Delete” pushbutton, to delete the reference document selected in the multiline.
Click the “Edit Reference Doc. Details” pushbutton, to update the reference document details.
Entering reference information for FCD – An overview
This page allows you to record reference information for the selected FCD. The execution of FCD might involve referencing of previously executed documents, manuals, drawings, etc. These details are recorded as the reference information in this page.
You can specify the document type and the reference document number in this page. The system updates the details and stores the name of the currently logged in user and the current server date.

You can attach documents that can be referred while executing the FCD.
Enter the reference document type, document number and remarks in the “Reference Document Details” multiline.
Click the “Edit Reference Doc. Details” pushbutton.
