Entering aircraft configuration changes due to engineering document execution – An overview
In this page, you can specify the levels in which the existing part number has to be changed in the aircraft configuration. On selecting the aircraft tab number for which the engineering change is applicable, the system displays all the levels in which the existing part number appears in the aircraft configuration.
Details such as the level number, position code, existing part number, serial number of the part, next higher assembly, new part that must be fitted instead of the existing part, and the system in which the part has to be changed, are displayed. You can select the level in which the part number must not be changed and delete the level from the multiline.
