This page allow you to view the proceedings of the Modification Committee Meeting (MCM) regarding the selected change request. The points and the issues raised regarding the change request, the person who raised the issue and any other comments are displayed.
Select the “View MCM proceedings” link at the bottom of the “View MCM Information” page.
The “View Mod. Committee Meeting Proceedings” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “MCM Details” group box:

MCM # |
The number identifying the MCM that processed the change request document. |

MCM Status |
The status assigned to the change request document, by the MCM. |
|
Change Request # |
The change request number that is processed. |
|
Revision # |
The revision number of the change request. |
|
Change Doc Type |
The type of the change request, which could be “MCR”. |
The system displays the following fields in the “MOM Details” multiline.

Points Raised / Comments |
The issues or comments that are raised during the processing of the change request |

Raised By |
The name of the member in the MCM, who raised the issue or comment |

Remarks |
Any remarks or comments pertaining to the issue raised |
The system displays the following field in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:

The name of the file that contains the MCM proceedings details. |
