Applicability Group

The number identifying the logical grouping of the maintenance objects in an engineering document for compliance.

Note that for an engineering document with more than one applicability group, each such applicability group will be displayed in different rows in the multiline.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the engineering document, which could be “Fresh”, “Released” or “Cancelled”. The system retrieves all the engineering documents that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve details of engineering documents irrespective of their status.

Compliance Status

The compliance status of the maintenance object ((Aircraft Reg. # or Part # - Serial #).  It can be “Complied”, “Not complied” or “Not Applicable”

Data entry in this field is mandatory if the compliance status is not specified in the “Default Details” group box.

Ensure that a value other than blank is specified in this field if a maintenance object is specified in the “Object Details” group box.

The system leaves this field blank by default.

Note: The compliance status must be similar across all the applicability groups within an Eng. Doc # - Rev #” combination if the MCR # is not provided for an engineering document.

Reason For Non Execution
