This page allow you to record the proceedings of the Modification Committee Meeting (MCM) regarding the selected change request. The points and the issues raised regarding the change request, the person who raised the issue and any other comments can be entered.
Select the “Record MCM proceedings” link at the bottom of the “Process Change Request” page.
The “Record Mod. Committee Meeting proceedings” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the “MCM Details” group box:
MCM # |
The number identifying the MCM that processed the change request document. |
MCM Status |
The status assigned to the change request document, by the MCM. The system displays “Draft”. |
Change Request # |
The change request number selected in the “Process Change Request” page. |
Revision # |
The revision number of the change request. |
Change Doc Type |
The type of the change request, which could be “MCR”. |
Note: The system displays the minutes that are already recorded for the MCM number and the change request combination.
Enter the following field in the “MOM Details” multiline.
Points Raised / Comments |
The issues or comments that are raised during the processing of the change request (Alphanumeric, 255). Mandatory. |
Raised By |
The name of the member in the MCM, who raised the issue or comment (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Remarks |
Any remarks or comments pertaining to the issue raised (Alphanumeric, 255). |
Enter the following field in the “Document Attachment Details” group box:
File Name |
The file name of the document attached to the change request (Alphanumeric, 30). |
Note: Ensure that atleast one record is entered in the multiline.
Click the “Record MCM Proceedings” pushbutton, to record the details for the change request.
