Help on Customer Call Signs
This page allows you to search and select the customer call sign. You can carry out the search using the customer call sign, customer name and the type of customer call sign. The search results are retrieved and displayed in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Customer Call Sign” field in the main page.
The “Help On Customer Call Signs” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for the customer call sign:
Customer Call Sign |
A reference number by which the customer job is tracked (Alphanumeric, 20). You can enter the customer call sign in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer call signs having the number specified here. |
Customer |
The name of the customer (Alphanumeric, 45). You can enter the name of the customer in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the customer call signs associated to the customer specified here. |
Call Sign Type |
Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of customer call sign. The system lists the options “Regular” and “Special”. The system retrieves all the customer call signs of the type selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the customer call signs irrespective of the call sign type. |
Click the “Search” pushbutton to search for the customer call sign.
The system retrieves all the customer call signs that are in “Active” status.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered:

Customer |
The name of the customer. |
Call Sign Type |
Indicates the type of the customer call sign, which could be ”regular” or ”special”. |
Remarks |
Any additional comments pertaining to the customer call sign. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the customer call sign.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
