This page can be used to record the details of maintenance events.

The “Maintain Maintenance Events” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

Event #

The unique code identifying an event (Alphanumeric, 30).

Event Description

The textual description of the event (Alphanumeric, 80).

Status

Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the event you need to record. The system lists the options “Active” and “Inactive”. The system sets the field to “Active” by default.

Set this field to “Inactive” if you wish to disable the event code from future reference in other activities.

Note: Every event number should have an event description.

The system displays the following in the multiline:

Created By

The name of the user who created the event code.

Created Date

The date, in the specified date format, on which the event code was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the event code.

Last Modified Date

The date, in the specified date format, on which the event code was last modified.

Modify status of the event

You can change the status of the event code to either “Active” or “Inactive”. An ‘inactive’ event code is disabled from future reference in other activities.
