This page allows you to view the process details. You can view the processing status, total number of tags selected for processing, the number of tags processed and the number of tags rejected in the run. You can terminate the processing, start the run from the point where you have stopped or cancel the processing.
Select the “View Processing Status” link under the “Asset Depreciation Processing” business component.
The “View Processing Status” page appears.
The system displays the following fields in the multiline:
Note: The system retrieves the process run numbers that are not confirmed.
Process Run No. |
The number identifying the process run. |
Process Date |
The date on which the depreciation was processed for the assets. |
Transaction Type |
The transaction type. |
Processing Status |
The processing status. |
Financial Period |
The code identifying the financial period in which the depreciation was processed. |
Tags Selected |
The total number of asset tags selected for processing. |
Tags Processed |
The number of tags that are processed. |
Tags Rejected |
The number of asset tags that are rejected during the run. |
Tags Not Processed |
The number of tags that are yet to be processed. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to mark the process run number
Click the “Abort” pushbutton to abort the revaluation run.
Note: Atleast one of the selected tags must be in the “Processing” status.
The system terminates the processing.
Click the “Resume” pushbutton to start the processing again.
Note: Atleast one row in the multiline must be marked.
The processing status before the resuming should be “Aborted”.
The system updates the status of the process run number to “Processing”.
Click the “Undo” pushbutton to undo the run.
Note: The process number selected for undoing must be in “Processed” status.
The system updates the status as “Deleted” for the records for which the processing has been completed for the revaluation run.
